Terms and conditions of use

In the event of unavailability of the ordered items, KTER srl, upon notice to the customer via e-mail, will fully refund the amount paid and will cancel the order without anything being due beyond what has already been paid by the customer.

Right of withdrawal

Sales of products via the Internet are regulated in articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred. The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual products and sealed computer software products opened by the consumer. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, that is:

in the absence of the original packaging;

in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc);

for damage or partial consumption of the product. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore they cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to the activity professional activity eventually carried out. The costs of returning the product are charged to the Customer.

Methods and times for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to communicate to Kter srl, within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, the will to withdraw from the contract in the following ways:

Within three working days of receipt of the withdrawal notification, Kter srl will send the Customer the Return Authorization Number (NAR) which will identify the case. Within 14 working days from receipt of the Return Authorization Number (NAR), the Customer will send to Kter srl the carefully packaged product in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and all that was originally contained, indicating on the packaging, the Return Authorization Number (NAR) assigned by Kter srl.

Methods and timing of reimbursement to the Customer of the cost of the product

 Kter srl will reimburse within 30 days from the date in which it became aware of the Customer's right of withdrawal. In the event that the product has already been delivered to the Customer, Kter srl will reimburse it following the return of the product and the verification of the integrity of the same. For purchases made with one of the following payment methods:

- cash on delivery

- credit card

  Kter srl will reimburse by bank transfer. For purchases made through PayPal payment the refund will be made by crediting the Customer's account. In all cases, transport costs will not be reimbursed.

Legal Guarantee

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") all products sold on the Kter srl website, except for consumables, are covered by the 24-month Legal Guarantee. According to the Legal Guarantee Kter srl is liable to the consumer for the lack of conformity not found at the time of purchase. The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use to which it normally serves, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not have the usual qualities and performance of a good of the same type, does not is suitable for the particular use intended by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase (art. 129 of the Consumer Code). The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months following the date of discovery of the defect. Unless there is evidence to the contrary, it is assumed that the lack of conformity occurring within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. Therefore in the first 6 months from delivery of the goods it is not necessary for the consumer to provide proof of the lack of conformity. After the first 6 months, therefore from the 7th to the 24th month from the delivery of the goods, the consumer must instead prove that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement (art. 130 of the Consumer Code). The consumer can ask, at his choice, to the seller
